• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring a top-tier service experience for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: Minimum of 4 years in a call center management role, with a track record of success.

• Customer-Centric: Deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet.

• People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and empowering teams.
