We are seeking a proactive and experienced Light Industrial Area Manager to join our dynamic team in Tupelo, MS. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple light industrial client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing temporary staffing, coordinating with client management, and optimizing resource deployment. 

Key Role Responsibilities: 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, and management of temporary staff for assigned accounts.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and employment regulations.

Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure satisfaction and adherence to operational goals.

Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing levels, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Prepare and present reports on operational efficiency and client satisfaction to senior management.

Mentor and lead a team of staffing coordinators, providing guidance and support to drive performance.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring successful client and employee experiences. 

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in light industrial staffing or a similar environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with staffing software solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
