Diverse Staffing is looking for a dynamic and experienced light industrial Staffing Services Director to join our team and take our services to new heights.  

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Light Industrial Staffing Services Director to oversee our offices in McDonough and Fairburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee staffing operations in McDonough, Fairburn, and Savannah, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and enhance business performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staffing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

Manage budgetary and financial performance for the assigned offices. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a light industrial staffing agency.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a director role within a light industrial staffing agency.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Knowledge of the light industrial sector is required.
