We are currently seeking a driven Client Research Specialist to join our growing Indianapolis, IN team. 

As a Client Research Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving growth by generating leads and targeting potential clients for our light industrial staffing services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that expand our client base and help boost revenue. 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person visits, outbound calls, and emails within designated zip codes to:

• Obtain decision-maker contact information

• Identify staffing needs and identify potential clients for our staffing solutions.

• Maintain comprehensive records of all communications and activities in the CRM system.

Research and gather information on potential clients and industry trends to support lead generation.

Attend and connect with lead stakeholders to enhance lead generation and business partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine effective lead generation strategies.

Achieve weekly and monthly KPI targets for lead acquisition including:

• Leads Added

• Contacts Added

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in sales, lead generation, or recruitment is preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, great attention to detail and organizational skills.

High energy, with flexibility to take on additional tasks or learn new skills as required.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
