Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Bank reconciliations, Credit card reconciliation, file 1099’s, file sales tax, send out pre-filled mandatory and poppy forms to unit Treasurer’s

Answer phone calls, process membership as time allows, make deposits in QB, and to check scanner, answer emails, pay bills, pay out hospital rep funds, order supplies, help with mailings, scan in payables and hospital/poppy reports to network

Set up hotel office for Convention and Conference
