Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at various job sites to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Provide guidance and training to employees on risk management and safety protocols.

Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and maintain detailed and accurate reports.

Collaborate with management and clients to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations to include OSHA, HIPPA, FMLA and ADA.

Stay informed on the latest industry trends and regulations related to workplace safety and risk management.

Serve as the point of contact for safety-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Risk Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role within an industrial or staffing environment.

Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English

OSHA certification

Ability to travel as needed in the state of Georgia

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.

Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve safety outcomes.

Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) are preferred.
